What shipping options do you offer?
We primarily use GLS and PostNord for our deliveries, ensuring fast and reliable shipping. The choice of carrier depends on your location. You can view the available delivery options and select the one that best suits your needs during the checkout process. We strive to offer a flexible and efficient shipping experience tailored to your location.
Do you offer free shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 499 DKK (or the equivalent amount in EUR). This offer applies to both domestic and international orders. We want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.
How do I track my order?
Detailed delivery information, including tracking, will be provided in your confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Vipps, Swish and
MobilePay.
What is your return policy?
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please return the product to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel. The return period is considered met if the product is sent back before the 14-day deadline expires. Please ensure that the product is in its original, unopened packaging for a full refund. Kindly note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Prepare your return package: Ensure that the product is in its original, unopened packaging.
- Drop off your package: Take your return package to a GLS parcel shop.
- Get a receipt: Make sure to obtain a receipt for the return as proof of drop-off.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we do offer gift wrapping! You can add this option to your cart when placing an order with us. Simply select the gift wrapping option during checkout, and we'll take care of the rest.
Product information.
Are all your designs handmade?
Yes. All our mobiles are handmade in Denmark. Made by our local craftsmen working from home.
How long can a Flensted Hanging Art last?
We often hear that our mobiles are handed down. One example of the durability of our mobiles is well told by a woman who inherited a Science Fiction mobile from her grandmother, and the grandmother had the mobile for 30 years!
So the mobiles can definitely last a few years.
What materials are your designs made of?
Our mobiles are made of cardboard, wood, aluminium or plastic foil.
How do I maintain my mobile?
Our mobiles are primary made of cardboard should only be brushed gently with a soft brush.
Mobiles that are made of wood, aluminum or plastic can also be gently wiped with a cloth wrung out with a light solution of dish soap.
Where and how do I hang my mobile?
If you can't attach your mobile to the ceiling with a pin or hook (e.g. if you have a concrete ceiling etc.) we reccomend to use Tesa Powerstrip.
Can your mobiles hang outdoors?
Unfortunately not. As our mobiles are designed for interior decoration, they are sensitive to even the slightest wind and are not suitable for outdoor hanging.
Did you know?
Almost all of our mobile can easily hang from a tiny nail, or even a pin.
